We have many part-time cleaners—who sends invoices?
Use one business PayXT login for leads/owners, or have a coordinator send links when cleaners check out via group chat. Avoid sharing passwords broadly; prefer a trusted lead device.
Can tips be included?
You can add a tip line as a service amount or include tip in a custom total before sending the link.
What if the client is not home?
Text still works. Checkout does not require them to be on-site—only that they receive the SMS.
