Refund Policy
Last Updated: September 3, 2026 · PayXT & IntentXT
This Refund Policy applies to software products operated by DTLA Professional Services, LLC, including PayXT (mobile invoicing app) and IntentXT (Chrome extension and web dashboard for B2B social intent leads). Refund handling depends on where you purchased. We sell and distribute through different vendors, and each vendor has its own refund rules in addition to this policy.
Quick summary: PayXT mobile subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — those stores usually manage cancellations and refunds. IntentXT purchases (including lifetime deals) are often sold through marketplaces such as Payhip, AppSumo, or other partners — those vendors’ refund policies apply first. Where we can assist, IntentXT offers a 30-day money-back window subject to the conditions below and any vendor rules that take priority.
1. Different vendors, different refund policies
We use multiple distribution and payment partners. When you buy through a vendor, that vendor’s checkout, billing, chargeback, and refund process typically controls the money movement. Always start a refund request with the store where you paid.
- Apple App Store — PayXT iOS subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- Google Play — PayXT Android subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- Payhip — IntentXT digital / lifetime deals and related downloads.
- AppSumo (and similar deal marketplaces) — IntentXT codes or stackable deals when listed.
- Stripe or other direct processors — any purchases billed directly by us (if offered).
- Other partners — any additional stores or affiliates we authorize in the future.
If a vendor’s policy and this page conflict on payment processing, the vendor’s policy for that purchase generally controls, except where consumer law requires otherwise. We can still help with product access, redeem issues, and technical support.
2. PayXT mobile app (Apple & Google)
Because PayXT subscriptions are purchased directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, PayXT does not process subscription payments directly and usually cannot issue refunds on your behalf. Billing, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple and Google under their store policies.
2.1 Apple App Store (iOS)
If you purchased PayXT on an iPhone or iPad, billing is managed by Apple.
Request a refund via Apple:
→ Request a refund for apps or content bought from Apple
Cancel / manage subscription:
- Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Select PayXT → Cancel Subscription.
- You typically keep access until the end of the paid period.
2.2 Google Play Store (Android)
If you purchased PayXT on Android, billing is managed by Google.
Review Google’s refund rules and request a refund here:
→ Learn about Google Play refunds
Cancel / manage subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select PayXT → Cancel subscription.
2.3 PayXT client transactions (not refundable by us)
PayXT is a software interface for invoice generation. We do not hold or route funds paid by your clients. We cannot refund, mediate, or reverse chargebacks for contractor↔customer payments — those disputes are between you, your customer, and processors such as Stripe.
3. IntentXT software (extension, dashboard, lifetime deals)
IntentXT is sold as software access (Chrome extension + web features), including Free, Pro subscriptions, promotional codes, and lifetime / pay-once deals when offered. Delivery usually includes a download package and/or a license / deal code you redeem at intentxt.payxt.app/redeem.
3.1 30-day money-back (IntentXT)
For qualifying IntentXT purchases, we support a 30-day money-back satisfaction window measured from the original purchase date, subject to the selling vendor’s rules and the exclusions below.
- Contact us within 30 days of purchase with your order email, order ID, and (if any) license code.
- If you bought on Payhip, AppSumo, or another marketplace, open the refund request with that vendor as instructed in their buyer help center — we will cooperate on access revocation when a refund is approved.
- If you bought directly from us (when available), we will process eligible refunds to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
- After a refund is issued, lifetime/Pro entitlements and unused codes tied to that order may be revoked.
3.2 Lifetime deals
Lifetime deals are one-time purchases for the features included in that entitlement. Promotional lifetime pricing may be limited. Refunds for lifetime deals follow the same 30-day window and vendor policies. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are generally final, except where required by law or approved by the marketplace.
4. License codes, redeem issues, and abuse
4.1 Invalid codes
If a code will not redeem (typo, already used, expired campaign, unsupported entitlement, or system error), contact support with a screenshot and the exact code. We will verify against our records. An invalid code is not automatically a cash refund if the purchase was never successfully entitled — we will first try to issue a working replacement code when the order is verified as paid.
4.2 Stolen, leaked, or publicly posted codes
Codes that appear in public leaks, unauthorized resale, or fraud may be voided without refund. Do not buy codes from unofficial sellers. If your paid order’s unused code was compromised before you redeemed it, contact us immediately with proof of purchase; we may replace it at our discretion after verification.
4.3 Lost codes
If you lose a code, check your marketplace order email/receipt first (Payhip, AppSumo, etc.). If you still cannot find it, email us from the purchase email with the order ID. We can usually resend the code associated with a verified order. Losing a code after it was already redeemed on an account does not entitle you to a second free lifetime license.
4.4 Already-redeemed / shared codes
Most codes are single-use. Sharing a code so another person redeems it first is not grounds for a duplicate license or refund, except where we confirm a platform/vendor error.
5. Software malfunctions and technical issues
Before requesting a refund for IntentXT (or technical complaints about PayXT), please contact support so we can troubleshoot. Many issues are resolved by reinstalling the extension, re-login, updating Chrome, or fixing redeem/entitlement status.
- Temporary outages or bugs we can fix: We will work to restore service; this alone does not always require a refund.
- Product materially fails to deliver core advertised functionality within the first 30 days and we cannot resolve it in a reasonable time: you may request a refund under Section 3.1 (and/or the vendor’s policy).
- Third-party platform changes (Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Chrome, Apple, Google, etc.): features that depend on third parties may break or change. We are not liable for those platforms’ actions; we will attempt reasonable updates, but platform bans, API changes, or policy enforcement against your own outreach are not automatic refund grounds after the 30-day window.
- User error / unsupported environments: Incorrect install steps, deleted extension folders, unsupported browsers, or violation of social-platform rules are not typically refundable after successful delivery.
6. Non-refundable situations (typical)
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (IntentXT), unless the vendor or law requires otherwise.
- Buyer’s remorse after extensive use of the product beyond a fair evaluation, when the vendor marks the sale final.
- Change of mind after redeeming and transferring entitlements in a way that prevents clean revocation (reviewed case by case).
- Fraudulent, chargeback-abusive, or terms-violating accounts.
- PayXT client invoice payments (Section 2.3).
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
7. How to request help or a refund
- Identify where you paid (Apple, Google, Payhip, AppSumo, etc.).
- Start with that vendor’s refund flow when the purchase was through them.
- Email us so we can assist with access, codes, or technical fixes in parallel.
Include: product name (PayXT or IntentXT), purchase email, order ID, approximate purchase date, marketplace, and a short description of the issue.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us or the vendor before filing a chargeback. Friendly resolution is faster. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of entitlements and, where appropriate, dispute of the claim with evidence of delivery (download, redeem logs, support history).
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in this Policy limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws (including cooling-off rights in some jurisdictions). If those rights are stronger than this Policy, those rights prevail.
